  2. Setting up an account is a quick and easy process and you will be given a unique username and password which you can use to access your account and all of your orders.
  3. Only one account is permitted per customer, and do not share your login information with anyone else.

3. Provision of content writing services

  1. The website www.skyrocketcontent.co works with independent third-party content writers which develop and write the content on its behalf.
  2. When working for www.skyrocketcontent.co our freelance writers will not share any of the information submitted to them in a brief with anyone else.
  3. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing content provided by www.skyrocketcontent.co before re-publishing it.

4. Fees and payments

  1. All fees for the content writing services provided by www.skyrocketcontent.co need to be paid in advance.
  2. Writers will not be able to start on any project until payment has been received in full.
  3. All payments are handled securely through a third party payment provider, and we do not store any customer’s personal financial information on our servers.
  4. When a customer has submitted the brief then a writer will review it and come back with a timeline and quote for the project.
  5. Quotes will vary for different projects and will depend on a variety of different factors including subject matter, word count, and deadline.
  6. When payment has been made your bank statement will show: HESK, UAE.

5. Delivery

  1. Customers will be asked to choose their preferred delivery speed at the time of submitting their brief which could either be a standard service which is delivered within 5-7 working days, or an express service which can be delivered between 2-3 days but comes at a higher cost.
  2. Customers can track the progress of their orders in their account.
  3. All deliveries shall be made electronically either via email or via a secure file sharing service for larger files and long-form projects.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  1. A content writing job can only be cancelled up until the writer has started working on it.
  2. If the writer has started working on the project, then unfortunately it will not be able to be cancelled.
  3. One set of revisions are included with the original price, however if there are any further disputes regarding the finished project then the writer and client will need to re-fer back to the original brief. If further works are required this could incur greater costs.
  4. Refunds are only considered in very limited circumstances which include the following unlikely scenarios: if the writer does not deliver the work at all, or if the finished product differs greatly (in our sole discretion) to the original brief provided.
  5. In either of the above scenario’s clients are asked to contact us in writing within seven days of receiving their content to explain why they believe they are entitles to a refund.
  6. We can not guarantee refunds in any instance, and these are only issued in our sole discretion.
  7. If your application for a refund has been successful then the monies will be re-imbursed back into the account which originally made the payment.

7. Site uptime

  1. We always take all reasonable measures to ensure that the website www.skyrocketcontent.co is available 24/7, 7 days a week. However, in the event we encounter any server issues then we may need to work on the website during which time it could become temporarily unavailable.
  2. The website could also become temporarily unavailable in the event of a system failure, or for other technical issues which are beyond our control.
  3. Wherever possible we will give visitors of the website www.skyrocketcontent.co advance warning of any website maintenance which could affect its availability, but we are not obliged to do this.
